She studied architecture and earned a MFA from the Universidad Nacional in Medellin.
Using pre-Hispanic goldsmithing techniques, she works at the intersection of space, object, and body, employing bronze, silver, gold, wood, and stone.
Her work is part of the collection of Museo Panóptico in Ibague. Among her solo exhibitions are ‘En busca del equilibrio en el desequilibrio’ at Museo Maja and ‘Volver al proceso’ at BAAL Gallery in Barcelona. She was the recipient of the Craft Creation Grant from the Secretaría de la Cultura. She completed a residency at NARA, Villa de Leyva, in 2023.
