This short century has witnessed great human displacements in the world, we are living a XXI century to the limit, through various circumstances, we live at the limit of time, patience, strength, dismay, despair ... The immense migratory movements of this century do not give truce, and every day are increasing, as wars and hardships are the order of the day.
'Al Límite' is a show where the characters that inhabit it travel immense distances fleeing from various situations that have led them to migrate, crossing entire continents on foot, dangerous seas and jungles, in precarious conditions, but not only face the vicissitudes of nature, also against human predators or with hegemonies and practices that take us back to distant centuries of the history of slavery.
The 21st century is the scene of a wave of migration that, by its scale, is transforming the entire world. More than at any other time, the various forms of migration taking place today are questioning traditional notions of sovereignty and citizenship, creating new forms of identity, redefining international relations and challenging the classic categories of political analysis. One of the great challenges of this century for all nations is to adapt to this new reality, which tightens the bonds of dependence between States while creating new contradictions and conflicts.
